These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the 88abe platform and all its members. They apply from the moment you open an account, place a bet, or use any service on 88abe.

Deposit terms:

• Minimum deposit amount: BDT 500. Maximum deposit limits are determined by account tier.
• Deposits are generally instant — bank transfers may take 1–2 business days.
• The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name — using another person's mobile banking account is not permitted.
• 88abe does not charge any deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposited funds may only be used for legitimate gaming purposes.

Your account must be fully verified before you can withdraw from 88abe. Completing the KYC process is mandatory prior to your first withdrawal. This is in place to protect your funds.

• Minimum withdrawal: BDT 1,000. Repeated withdrawals of small amounts may be restricted.

General bonus terms:

• Wagering requirements: Most bonuses come with a 10x–30x wagering requirement. Specific terms are listed on the Bonus page.
• Validity period: Bonuses are generally valid for 7–30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Game restrictions: Some bonuses are only valid for specific games or betting markets.
• Once per person: The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per new account.
• Bonus cancellation: Withdrawing before completing the wagering requirements after claiming a bonus will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

All bets placed at 88abe are considered final once confirmed. Please verify all details before confirming your bet — changes or cancellations are generally not possible after confirmation.

• Odds changes: The odds at the time a bet is placed are final and will not be affected by any subsequent odds changes.
• Event cancellation: If a match or event is cancelled, the bet will be voided and the stake refunded.
• Live betting: If a bet is voided due to a technical issue during live betting, the stake will be returned.
• Max Win Limit: Each betting market has a maximum payout cap — any winnings exceeding the limit will be paid only up to that cap.
• Incorrect odds: If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 88abe reserves the right to void the affected bets.

88abe follows the official results of international sports bodies to determine betting outcomes. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the 88abe resolution team is final.

88abe is committed to maintaining a fair and secure platform. Any form of fraud, manipulation, or dishonest activity is strictly prohibited and will be acted upon immediately.

List of prohibited activities:

• Operating multiple accounts or claiming bonuses more than once.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Depositing using another person's payment method.
• Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illicit funds.
• Chargeback fraud — filing a false claim with your bank after making a deposit.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the 88abe system.

88abe reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• If an account is opened using false or inaccurate information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or submit the required documents.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
• Upon a member's own self-exclusion request.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting support. Please withdraw any available balance before closing your account. To reactivate a closed account, you will need to submit a request to support.

• Deposit limits: Set your own budget — you can define daily, weekly, or monthly spending limits.

• Self-Exclusion: If needed, you can place your account on a break for anywhere between 30 days and 1 year.

Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect constitutes automatic acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, close your account and withdraw your balance.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by international law. If any provision is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to apply.
